Please provide your arrival details at least 15 days in advance of the program start date. We need to know when you are arriving so we can confirm your housing and enrollment. Also, we offer free rides from the airport to campus, and you can confirm an airport transfer service with this form. Airport transfer is available at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) or Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).
All students are required to submit arrival details before they depart for Baton Rouge.

Arriving before your scheduled move-in date?
Students can arrange private airport transportation and accommodation. Please refer to your Next Steps Brochure for a list of hotels and transportation services near LSU. Please contact us at admissions@LSUGlobal.com if you are arriving outside the move-in date and would like to book our airport transfer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of move-in dates.
